Dear Friends and Colleagues,
The TREAT-NMD Alliance is organising its 7th international conference focussing on translational medicine in inherited neuromuscular diseases to be held in December 2022 in Vancouver in Canada.
The aim of this international conference will be to share progress and lessons learned in the area of translational medicine in inherited neuromuscular diseases and plan for the delivery of future therapies to patients.
The conference will attract over 300 delegates including academics, patients and carers, patient advocacy organisations and clinical specialists.
Industry professionals are very welcome and they will have the platform to:
- Network with partners on key issues and challenges in neuromuscular disease
- Engage with panels of international experts who will inform, challenge and stimulate debate
- Acquire the latest updates on standards of care, outcome measures, patient registries and new developments including addressing trial site capacity
As with all our previous conferences this will be a fantastic opportunity for patients, academics, clinicians, patient registry curators and industry representatives, indeed all TREAT-NMD stakeholders, to get together to network, learn and exchange ideas about translational research. In light of demand for our last conference we encourage you to register as soon as you can.
Our preparations are now underway for what we expect to be a very informative, busy and enjoyable conference. Please remember to register as soon as you can to secure your place as we full expect this conference to be another sell out.
We look forward to meeting you all in Vancouver.
Professor Jim Dowling, Chair of the TREAT-NMD Executive Committee
